MFR – Magnetic Filter

KOBOLD MFR magnetic filters are useful anywhere it is necessary to protect instrumentation from dirt and contamination. They catch and remove contaminants from systems like industrial cooling and lubrication circuits. They are especially necessary where residue and sediment, such as chips from thread-cutting, and normal operation such as scale and residue from frictional wear, can be carried along in the media. Contaminants like these can form deposits that can cause pitting and corrosion in highly sensitive measuring and control devices. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the magnetic filter inserts will ensure against system and device failure and any resulting downtime.
