Resistive Temperature Sensor – TSA

QUICK RESPONSE

The TSA sensors offer a quick response time and are designed to operate between -40°C and 150°C. The signal output is available as either PTC resistance or PT-100. Pair the TSA with a suitable KOBOLD control system or indicating device to evaluate the output signal.

RUGGED BUILD

A laser-trimmed electronic sensor serves as measuring element in a housing made of brass or stainless steel that is suitable for rugged service. Due to the laser trimming, the output signal of the temperature sensor is strong, therefore no line compensation is required for a supply leads of less than 20 m. The resistance is linear with a positive temperature coefficient. Fittings are offered from ¼” to 1.5″ NPT and the TSA comes with a 1.5 m silicone-rubber-insulated cable.

SPECIFICATIONS

The TSA in brass offers a maximum operating pressure of 230 PSI. The stainless steel models offer a maximum pressure of 360 PSI. The TSA-5.. offers an accuracy of ±0.7 °C at 20 °C, ±2.5 °C maximum. The TSA-6.. offers an accuracy of Class B According to IEC 751.
