Manifold Flow Meters: Convenient and Efficient<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The KOBOLD USR<\/strong> offers the convenience of pre-assembled blocks of variable area flow meters and manifold valves. The included glass tube, suspended float flow meters operate on the suspended float principle and require a vertical installation position with the flow direction of bottom to top. It is designed for water and water based liquids. The glass tubes also allow for direct observation of the flow. The USR<\/strong> is efficient, as installation time is saved by letting us do the assembly work for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideal for Centralized Flow Measurement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The USR<\/strong> is ideal for applications requiring centralized flow measurement, such as cooling systems. The USR<\/strong> can be delivered with up to 24 flow meters assembled in a block, provided that maximum flow rate in each unit does not exceed 2.64 GPM. The flow ranges and outlet connections of each individual flow meter unit can be determined independently from the others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The water measuring ranges for the USR<\/strong> are 0.01…0.1 to 0.25…2.5 GPM. The maximum pressure is 230 PSI and the maximum temperature is 210 \u00b0F. The inlet process connection is 1\u201d NPT, via an adapter. The available outlet process connections are: 1\/4″ or 3\u20448″ NPT, or a Hose Connection of \u00d810, \u00d813, or \u00d815mm.
