Differential Pressure Transmitter for Flow, Level, or Pressure<\/h3>\n

The KOBOLD PAD heavy-duty industrial differential pressure transmitter is a micro-processor-based, high-performance differential pressure transmitter with a user-adjustable pressure range and scalable output signal. It offers differential, gauge, or absolute pressure sensor inputs. The reliable and precise measurement of flow, level, or pressure is made possible by the method of application used. To measure flow rates in large line sizes with the use of differential pressure orifice plates pair the PAD with our\u00a0KPL Differential Pressure Orifice Plates<\/a>.<\/p>\n

PAD-F for Use as a Flow Meter<\/h3>\n

The KOBOLD PAD Differential Pressure Transmitter is also available as a flow meter. The flow meter model PAD-F has an added totalizing function. It is able to check the flow rate and the totalizing flow. It measures the flow rate by using differential pressure without compensation for the temperature and static pressure.<\/p>\n

Fully Equipped for a Wide Variety of Applications<\/h3>\n

PAD models have automatic compensation for ambient temperature and process variables. Communication with the PAD and con\ufb01guration of various parameters is possible via HART\u00ae protocol. All data within the sensor is stored via EEPROM. This pressure transmitter is available with either a capacitance-type differential pressure sensor or with a piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor.<\/p>\n
